If you want to link or bookmark a page please use the first and shortest
PURL link.
Persistent URLs are simply redirections to the actual URL,
and on my pages you always find a corresponding link in the last line
as " F. " (see
below). Web directories like DMOZ insist on user
friendly links and don't allow redirections.
