Chuck
LeMonds, expatriate American singer/songwriter has been reported to be
living somewhere between eastern and western Europe, and giving solo live concerts, as well as
playing with a 5-piece band throughout Europe under various names. It has been verified that his band „The Impermanents“ is
based in Austria
and well connected in the scene. Anonymous sources
say that Chuck LeMonds
was spotted in Spain in the summer of 99‘ doing a „Rhythm and Paint“
performance with well-known illustrator/painter Chris Scheuer. This has been
confirmed.
Although very little is known about his musical style, it‘s recently
been documented that he‘s calling it “Original Midwestern Groove
Folk“, but it has been known to mutate over time.
If you should ever see him live, expect the unexpected: movement, honesty,
spontaneity, anything from ballads to groove songs.
